Alliance Regulatory Limited helps companies obtain and maintain authorisations for biocides (BPR), plant protection products (PPP) and REACH in Europe, and can also prepare registration dossiers for the United States and other markets when a project needs it.

Our team brings together regulatory, data and software specialists, who build and run our tools.
Lucile Brunin, Founder. Agronomist and regulatory affairs specialist in biocides and plant protection products. She leads authorisation dossiers under BPR, PPP and REACH, from regulatory strategy and study planning to efficacy assessment and submission. She negotiates data access and Letters of Access between data owners and applicants, and trains regulatory teams. She also designed our tools.
She previously managed European plant protection registrations at Rotam Agrochemical Europe (Lyon, 2012-2016), including study monitoring and exchanges with evaluating authorities. She holds Certibiocide and Certiphyto (valid to February 2027). Languages: French and English

Hong Kong is our base to work globally, with the European and other authorities where products are authorised. We work with clients wherever their products are registered.
We advise and prepare. We are not a marketing authorisation holder, manufacturer of record, or notified body. Statutory responsibility stays with the client.
