Meeting Materials

As an official advisory body established by City ordinance, the EAC is required to maintain accurate meeting minutes in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Sunshine Act and City record-keeping standards. Taking minutes ensures transparency, accountability, and continuity in the Council’s work by documenting discussions, motions, and decisions. These records serve as the official account of EAC activities, support public access to information, and help track progress on recommendations and initiatives over time. For each month, you will find a copy of an Agenda and Meeting minutes. Often agendas or minutes will have files embedded.
