The City of Victoria offers a free composting site for residents. The compost site is located at 1416 Steiger Lake Road, just east of downtown.

The Victoria Recreation Center and the Victoria Parks and Rec Department offer various programs and classes for children and adults. The Recreation Center offers two gyms, two ice sheets (with open skating and lessons), an indoor walking track, meeting rooms and a workout facility, as well as exercise classes. An extensive park & trail system, as well as information on facility rentals can be found on the website. Please note also that Allegheny Grove Residents currently vote at the Victoria Recreation Center.

Menard's is a supplier, or you can check with a window repair person to see if they can order parts. If the windows have a film between them, you have a broken seal and need a replacement window glass - you shouldn't have to replace the entire window frame, unless you want to.
New April 2023: According to Jeff Lundgren (a contractor that does window replacement), Crestline is no longer doing window glass replacements for our windows. He had glass custom made by a local glass company, I believe Midwest Glass (www.midwestglass.net). If you would like to hire Jeff Lundgren, text him at 952-484-9716.
Trim: ABC Millwork, Chanhassen Most of the original standard millwork is "Princeton Oak Trim."
For additions, decks, remodels and maintenance check with neighbors or on NextDoor app for referrals (and get bids and references.)

Garbage Services
In order to minimize the number of garbage trucks and the number of days they are in the neighborhood, we encourage homeowners to choose a garbage service that is consistent with your neighbors. As of S4pring 202, most garbage carriers come through the neighborhood on Mondays. Most homeowners use Suburban Waste Services. Some use Waste Management (also currently on Mondays). A handful use Elite (currently Thursday).
