Homeowner Association Dues are currently (2024) are $150/calendar year, payable at by April 15, 2024. Please remit payment via using Zelle (preferred - instructions below), or via check to (put your name & current address on check):

To pay electronically with Zelle:
If your bank already uses Zelle, it’s easy.
Open your banking app and choose Zelle (for example, on the Wells Fargo app, it’s the middle item on the bottom menu once you sign in (Pay & Transfer). Other apps, it may be under “payments”.)
Choose "Zelle"
Choose “send”.
Use the “+” sign to add a recipient.
Click the box to "Add as a Business."
Under Recipient Information, use the AG HOA email address: alleghenygrove@gmail.com and in the Business Name field use: Allegheny Grove Association.
Enter dollar amount to pay, and which account you are paying from.
Choose “Review” then, if all looks good, choose "Send".
