Swedish Massage 

One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Marma Point Massage

Ayurvedic Massage mainly emphasise the 'Marma points', These Marma points are the vital parts of the body, where muscles, blood vessels, tendons, bones, and mind meet together. There are points where mind meets body. By triggering or stimulating these vital body parts by massage, one can achieve the healing benefits of healthy mind body balance.

​ Udwarntham (Dry Powder Massage)

 Beneficial for obesity, circulation, stimulation, detoxification, exfoliation. 

The body is anointed in specially selected oils and then invigorated with stimulating powders rubbed vigorously into the skin. 

The powder is then rubbed off the skin and followed by a steam

Vata Kizhi

A bundle of specifically selected herbs infused in theraputic oils and massaged with deep, warm movements. Helps arthritis, muscle aches and pains.

Basti

Deeply penetrating  hot oil treatment to relax the muscles in preparation for massage therapy with localised steam. Suitable for lower back, neck, knee, elbows and shoulders

​Shirodhara

Soothes and invigorates the senses and the mind. A total feeling of wellness, mental clarity and comprehension is experienced in this process. It involves pouring of an oil like a thread (dhara) on the head (shiro). This is tantalizing yet tranquil

Netra Basti

A specially made dough is placed over the eyes. Warm ghee fills the dough. Helps with tired eyes, dry eyes, redness, stress, insomnia.

Ayurveda Body Scrub

Designed to detoxify and rejuvenate the body this treatement begins with a Marma Massage with specially selected oils for individual body parts. The body is immersed in stam to open the channels before the application of the OmVeda Body Mask is applied. The whole body is wrapped and the treatment finishes with OmVeda Body Lotion selected for specific body type.
