Welcome to the Aligning Health Retreat & Day Spa

Aligning Health brings you the finest of therapies, services and products in the tranquil rural setting of beautiful Bendigo.  You are welcome to stay over night in our accommodation. Or take advantage of our Day Spa Services. Your hosts specialise in holistic health and will help you restore your balance within and revitalise your body and mind.

Aligning Health prepare specially tailored medications by following traditional Ayurvedic formulations for therapeutic treatments. OmVeda herbal formulations are used for day spa services. All products are derived from herbs, flowers, bark, leaves, naturally occurring minerals and oils from seeds, fruit and nuts. 

Accommodation

Room 3 and 5- King or 2 x king singles with private ensuite. $175 per night

Room 4 - Double bunk on one side, interconnecting bathroom & double bunk on the other side. $250 pn

Room 6- King, kind single and double with private ensuite. $250 per night.

Available for a day or include overnight accommodation in our private suites.

For groups of 4 or more, we offer an additional 20% off all prices that are pp except for catering.

An Ayurveda Massage with specially selected oils warmed for deeper application followed by the experience of a Shirodhara- warmed oils applied to the forehead and finished with a rejuvenating head massage.

Romantic Retreat

Romance is in the air with air. Find you passion  as you both indulge in body treatments to leave you feeling  sweet and glowing.

Choose from

Marma Point massage using warmed herbal oils streamed over the body followed concentrating on vital energy points that hold stress, tension and pain to profoundly relax and loosen tightened muscles followed by a blend of finely crushed Ayurvedic herbs sprinkled over the body and gently exfoliated away leaving the skin cleansed and supremely smooth. An application of hydrating herbal lotion ends the treatment.

Or

Ayurveda massage with specially selected herbalised oils applied warm to the body followed by a rich moisturising facial treatment applied with triple mask application combining exotic herbs blended with fresh cucumber, carrots and potato to nourish the skin. Rich in natural enzymes to soften the skin and improve elasticity.

Sit back and relax in our tranquil country setting as you prepare to experience treatments that will help to restore your balance within.

Your  2 day package includes all the following treatments:

Ayurveda Massage helping to stabilise the nervous system resulting in a sense of serenity and rejuvenation

Shirodhara, a unique Ayurvedic treatment helping to bring mental clarity and deep calm, A continuous, rhythmic flow of warmed oil is poured over the third eye area inducing further and deeper relaxation.

Hand and Foot Massage.

Personally tailored Skin Rejuvenator Treatments to alleviate skin suffering dullness, scarring or pigmentation. The application of specifically selected Ayurvedic herbs made into a fresh mask gently lifts off dulling, old surface cells to reveal fresh, plumped up. Skin emerges exceptionally soft, smooth and nourished.

Detox Deluxe

Take charge of the health of with the Detox Deluxe Package. Specially designed to rid toxic build up and nourish the body and mind.
