In person PT is great to have someone to support and hype you through the session, which is exactly what i will do with a good chat to distract you from the workout - i love to chat, it is almost my reverse psychology to distract you with some light hearted chats and laughs whilst pushing yourself further than you ever thought! In person coaching can be weekly, one off or combined with online coaching depending on what you need!
