What is Breathwork?
Deep healing Breathwork also known as Hyperventilation Breathwork is a type of breath-based therapy that aims to help individuals release emotional, physical, and mental blockages in order to facilitate healing and personal growth.
It is based on the belief that the breath is a powerful tool for accessing and releasing stored emotions and stress from the body.
During a Breathwork session, the participant will lie down and focus on their breath, using a specific breathing technique called "conscious connected breathing." and "three part breath".
The Breathwork facilitator may also use verbal guidance, music, and touch to support the participant in their process.
This form of Breathwork is often used to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction.
It is also sometimes used to promote spiritual growth and connection.
The goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their inner world and make positive changes in their lives.

My Breathwork journey:
Breath work is something I first truly explored in Australia. Sitting on Bondi beach, I experienced being truly present for the first time—no inner voice, just a deep connection to myself. It felt lighter and more profound than anything I'd felt before, and I knew I wanted to explore and share this. An itch started to grow, and after taking a close friend to a breath work class, I realised I had to share it with the world.
Having struggled with my mental wellbeing, racing thoughts, and experiencing various therapies, I always felt something deeper was within me. Breath work allowed me to access that.
Breath work is a healing modality that connects us to our bodies, healing our traumas somatically. It enables us to explore our subconscious, healing deep wounds.
Breath work will only bring up and heal what we are ready to within the subconscious.
As a personal trainer and trained dancer, I understand the importance of connecting to our bodies and the impact of traumas on self-belief and confidence. I'm excited to share breath work to help connect with ourselves on a deeper subconscious level.
