Get to know me, Alicia, your coach!
I have been working in the fitness industry for 6 years but have been involved in the gym since I was 16, having a pt myself and also training professionally in dance.
Over the last 10+ years, I have grown a love for the gym but unfortunately, when I was 20 I did experience some insecurities as to why I was gyming and what I was meant to do with pressure from the dance world that the gym was purely for aesthetics and this made me hate it.
Luckily I invested in a pt myself, whilst for aesthetic reasons only, this pt made me love the gym again and see all the positives of the gym including what I believe is the number 1 reason to now go to the gym, which is for better mental wellbeing. I loved the gym for how it made me feel and for being in such a positive environment. The gym subconsciously became a place for me where I didn't care how I looked but cared about how much I was lifting and the confidence I was developing.
After some reflection, I realised this and for my 21st birthday did my personal training course and haven't looked back. This experience made me want to help other women who were confused about how you can still go out occasionally, feel healthy, felt confident in how I look, and more importantly how I felt and get pbs they never thought they could! Ultimately to help women learn how to have it all!
Since training as a personal trainer i have expanded my ability to help others and found new passions that encompass a balanced confident lifestyle.
In 2022 I wanted to expand my anatomy and injury knowledge leading me to train in sports massage therapy which is offer to those local to the Kent, UK area.
Most recently for the first 6 months of 2024 I lived and travelled Australia, working online with my 1-2-1 online coaching clients which was an incredible experience to empower women all over the world. Whilst in Australia i had the privilege to experience Breathwork and helped heal past wounds and feel embodied, truly connected to myself. As my time in Australia came to an end i had the opportunity to train as a Breathwork facilitator. Being able to hold space to facilitate Breathwork is an exciting opportunity I can share with clients allowing them to delve deeper than they have before to become empowered and confident.

Online Coaching 1-2-1 through 'The Glow Up '
I, Alicia believe the fitness industry can be overwhelming, especially with social media, and the one size fits all approach that can be conveyed in the media can feel confusing and unhelpful. Therefore 1-2-1 coaching helps you directly navigate your life with your goals of wanting to be fitter and stronger in a way that suits you. In a modern world in which we feel we must be confident all the time, I help you to build that confidence but also be compassionate on those days that feel a bit too much!
This program is a 1-2-1 coaching program that will allow you to focus on whatever you need. From gym workouts, mindset shifts, habit building, nutritional support, optional Breathwork and journalling allow for an individual approach through support and accountability that will be tailored to what you need.
This program encompass the mind, body and soul. Alicia will allow you to tap into your subconscious to break those barriers and limiting beliefs and guiding you with tools to implement into every day life to help you feel confident, strong and empowered.

In Person Coaching
In person coaching is available in Maidstone at Lockmeadow Health Club and is ideal for complete beginners who are taking their first steps into the gym, those who want to lift heavier than before and get that strong personal best with new movements such as squat, bench and deadlift and those who want to feel more confident in general having someone to support and hype them up through the session with a good chat to distract them from the workout - i love to chat, it is almost my reverse psychology to distract you with some light hearted chats and laughs whilst pushing yourself further than you ever thought! In person coaching can be weekly, one off or combined with online coaching depending on what you need! Prices start from £50.

Breathwork
Deep healing Breathwork uses conscious connected breathing techniques to promote an empowering experience through emotional connect and release through processing stored memories that lie within the unconscious. This is a mind, body and soul experience. Sessions can be 1-2-1 or small group upto 6-10 people. Sessions are tailered to an indviduals needs or with a ligh theme in a group session to bring everyone together but allowing for the individual to get their needs met on thier own journey. Breathwork can be a great tool as part of a wider journey to healing and self development.
Community
Bringing people together to celebrate one another is some i am super passionate about and two ways i do that is through both runs and photoshoots.
The 'Big Half & New Balance Big Relay' this is an event that allows runners of all abilities to run together, whether they are running the half marathon or working as a team with the relay of 5-6k segments, it is a wonderful day that happens once a year, where a small group of us enter this fun london event!
The Empower & Embrace Photoshoot
Having had a background in dance and modelling which i am still occasionally envolved in, one of my passions is getting others confident inf ront of the camera. This project stemmed from an idea on a girls trip to Ibiza after some friends were not confident to have that bikini ibiza picture moment and i made it my mission for them both to feel feminine, sexy and empowered! We got the shots and they said 'Alicia you have to do this'. That was when the empower and embrace shoot was born. Bringing 4-6 women together with an incredible professional photographer to feel energised and confident infront of the camera.

Fitness and wellness packages can be tailored to your needs from movement, education and mindfulness techniques with meditations and down regulation breathwork.
Private group deep healing breathwork sessions are available to studios such as yoga and pilates studios who want to offer one off or monthly workshops to explore deeper self work or spirituality practises.
Photoshoots can be collaborated with empowerment events such as dance workshops, fitness coaches and more to help empower and elevate your clients.
