3. Hotel: Can stay anywhere or not stay at all. Some are staying at this hotel
4. Theme: A Night at the Oscars: Red Carpet
5. We will need volunteers for timing for both days. The need will be determined shortly
6. No chairs are allowed in camp. They are allowed in hallways but space is limited
7. T-shirt orders will be ready this week. Threads will call families when they are available.
8. This is the last time to qualify for regionals. Farther down is information that explains more on the qualification times.
