Universitas Riau

Universitas Riau is a public higher education institution located in Pekanbaru, Riau Province, Indonesia. The university was established on October 1, 1962, and has developed into one of the leading universities in the region. Universitas Riau offers various undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs in different fields of study.

The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) is one of the faculties at Universitas Riau that prepares students to become professional educators. The Bachelor of Education, Major in English, focuses on developing students’ knowledge and skills in English language teaching, curriculum development, classroom management, and educational research. The program also provides teaching practice opportunities to prepare students for real classroom situations.

As the sending institution, Universitas Riau supported the participation of its students in the SEA Teacher Program as part of its commitment to international academic collaboration and professional development.

The campus supports academic activities, community engagement, and student development programs. As the host university for the SEA Teacher Program, Capiz State University - Sigma Satellite College provided academic supervision, orientation activities, and institutional support during the implementation of the program

Vicente Andaya Senior National Highschool

Vicente Andaya Senior National High School is a public secondary school located in Sigma, Capiz, Philippines. The school provides senior high school education under the Philippine K–12 system. It offers different academic strands, Such as Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE), Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), etc.

The school is equipped with classrooms, a library, science laboratories, and other learning facilities that support teaching and learning activities. Vicente Andaya Senior National High School served as the host school for teaching observation and teaching practice during the SEA Teacher Program. The school provided an opportunity to experience classroom instruction in an international setting and to engage directly with Filipino students.
