Overview:
As a Content Developer at Constant Contact, I was responsible for writing and maintaining support articles for the online Knowledge Base. Our mission was to provide instructional content on not only how to use the Constant Contact email service, but to also provide tips and tricks to improve engagement (like open rates). We accomplished this through the use of embedded video tutorials and task-based procedures.
I am forever grateful to the designers who gave me my first Adobe Premiere webkit and took me under their wing. They taught me how to path "clown hand" mouse pointers and animate a mouse click. And that backgrounds are static images you can swap out for easy maintenance!
