Overview:
As a Senior UX Writer at Bose, I am responsible for the Bluetooth speaker product suite. My focus is on creating user-centered content that enhances the customer journey across every touchpoint. What do they feel in that moment? What is the intent behind an in-app UI string versus a printed quickstart guide? 

I want to ensure that users can easily set up, understand, and enjoy their audio products. And it's not just limited to documentation. By shaping content strategy across digital and physical platforms, we can contribute to both product usability and the overall brand experience.

Highlights:

• Draft, review, publish, and maintain the global release of the Bluetooth Speaker product suite in twenty-one languages.

• Spearhead transition from QSG booklets to wordless, instructional content printed on the carton for the Bluetooth speaker product suite. 

• Test the form, fit, and function of in-box materials and booklets.
