Career Goals

I am motivated and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong foundation in Long Term Care operations. I have a passion for improving the lives of the residents as well as staff. I have recently completed academic training and now pursing an Administrator in Training Role to gain comprehensive, hands-on leadership expierence. I am committed to fostering high-quality, resident-centered care through effective team management, regulatory compliance, and ethical decision making. I am known for strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and dedication to creating.a positive and efficient work environment. I am eager to contribute to a dynamic long-term care facility and grow into a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. 

My career goal is to successfully obtain an Administrator in Training position by the end of summer 2025 and obtain licensure by spring 2026. I aim to secure a leadership role in a long-term care facility where I can apply my knowledge, support resident-centered care, and contribute to operational excellence.
