Each module has a variety of information for your various learning styles. There are articles to read, video lectures, and experiential practices.
In each module you will find,
Learning objectives, which define the new knowledge and skills you will acquire
Content, which will be comprised of readings and videos
Practices, which will be guided and prompted for you to document in your journal or follow along with a video
Assignments, which will be comprised of written reflections, video check ins on Padlet and Canvas, Canvas Discussions, and quizzes.
Each time you see this icon 📌 in front of a page title, it indicates an assignment or discussion for submission.
These icons ✨ ⚡️ indicate a bonus lecture and reflection for extra credit.

You'll have a midterm project which means you'll choose an intentional dimension of wellness to focus on and execute an intentional practice followed by a brief reflection.
Your midterm will also include a Canvas quiz for your midterm covering the material of weeks 1-6. I'll be posting a study guide to help you prepare. Both the midterm and final exam are open book and open note.
Your final exam has 4 parts
Reading and lecture material discussed in modules 6-12. You'll have a study guide for this one also.
Integrating all the topics learned from weeks 1-12 applying all the concepts to a real situation in your life. This is something we can complete together if you need assistance.

We'll be highlighting the top three concepts you'll take with you from class and the impact class had on you the past 12 weeks.
These are the assessments I'll use that have points attached to them that are weighted 50% of your final grade. See the grading tab on this site for more grading information.
