Essential Conditions 

These essential conditions are necessary for successful technology integration in schools because if you don't have these conditions you won't have the necessary help and support for you students, you won't have a plan nor a clear vision of what you want your students to know and understand. The school and the community as well as the parents of the students need to have the same vision on how the children are to learn. 

1. Shared Vision is essential because it helps student learning transform through effective technology use, with participation from faculty and staff of the school , parents, and people from the community.

2. Equitable Access helps ensure reliable access to digital devices, internet access, capable teachers, and technology platforms that are required to support the learning vision for all students.

3. Implementation Planning develops a comprehensive plan for creating and sustaining technology infrastructure, as well as evaluating and selecting online or digital learning resources, and providing professional learning.

4. Skilled and Sufficient Technical Support ensures sufficient leadership and technical support staff capable of maintaining the learning infrastructure and to provide technical support for learning.
