The Intercultural Translation course was a unique experience that taught me more than just translation skills. Unlike other courses where I could choose familiar topics or work with certain tools, this one required me to adopt a more neutral and centered perspective in every translation. It wasn’t just about translating words, but about understanding the cultural nuances behind them and ensuring that the translation was appropriate for different contexts.
