Legacy Project

This artifact is a Legacy Project focused on creating a directory of local employers and community partners to improve work-based learning opportunities within the CTE program. The project was based on results from the Comprehensive Needs Assessment and conversations with my cooperating teacher that showed partnerships were an area needing improvement. This artifact aligns with ACTE Element 12: Data and Program Improvement because it shows how program data and stakeholder feedback can be used to identify needs and create realistic improvements for students and the program. It also reflects my growth in understanding the importance of continuous improvement and community partnerships within agricultural education.
