Our 2021 spring series will be on issues in Economics. We will look at topics such as measuring welfare and progress, the causes and effects of economic inequality, economics and democracy, and the economic conflict between China and the USA. We will listen to and discuss talks by politicians such as Chrystia Freeland, economists such as Thomas Piketty, and even hear from Pope Francis. The series will start on Tuesday 6 April and run until Tuesday 22 June.
