2 burner Origo wick type alcohol stove in gimbals. Stove burners new in 2022. There is a very secure custom stainless steel propane tank bracket already mounted on the port aft deck, so if one wanted to convert to propane, the perfect "overboard draining propane locker" already exists.
I love the Origo because of its simplicity, safety, no sniffers are needed, the flame can be extinguished by water, and the fact that the BTU output is only very minimally inferior to propane (unlike PRESSURE alcohol stoves which I think are terrible)
Ice box has been converted to storage (could be repurposed). Another option for refigeration could be to use one of the extremely efficient, quiet and cost effective Engel 12V portable coolers which could have various secured locations - much simpler than an in built unit with remote compressor etc., The use of these coolers is becoming common place on a lot of vessels now.

Military “Wag Bag” disposable system used when the vessel is in “No Discharge” zones. This system just sits as a bag liner in the toilet bowl and easily treats human waste, eliminates odour, and allows the zip tied bag to be legally disposed of as household waste. This avoids all the complications, smell and complexity of a holding tank system.
There is ample room under vee berth for the installation of a holding tank should one be desired. The standard forward water tank has been removed.

A custom removable salon table and bracket arrangement was designed so the table can be used on either port or starboard, freeing up the appropriate berth for sleeping in the salon. This arrangement has proven both comfortable to use and practical. Each salon settee berth is equipped with an easy access lee cloth for sleeping underway.
