Engine well matched to a low drag 3 blade Campbell Sailor prop. Boat powers smoothly and effortlessly with power to spare for motoring into head seas or current.
Fuel tank cleaned in 2022 (no debris or sludge found - fuel was very clean) and biocide added. Tank always kept stored close to full.

FUEL: 65 litre strongly built custom (shaped to hull) ) diesel - rated and baffled poly tank, through bolted to main aft cabin bulkhead in the forward end of port cockpit locker. Fuel level can always be visually checked so an electric or mechanical gauge not required. In this position, tank takes up minimal cockpit locker space and weight distribution wise, is positioned well in the boat, especially as it is balanced by an identical “Twin” water tank on the starboard side. Large access clean out port. Tank easily removed if needed.
