You will be connected to the Duty Manager.
Make a note of his/her Name and User name.
Seek help prioritizing the SR(from P3 to P2).
Seek help in aligning an engineer right away.
Stay on the call.
Once the assigned engineer come online. He may share a Webex link.
Get on the Webex along with Partner and continue troubleshooting the issue.
