Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to subscriptions, free trials, virtual credits, and related purchases for Aivora (the "Service").
Subscribing, starting a trial, or buying a credit pack means you accept these Subscription Terms together with our Terms of Service. Where these two conflict over a subscription or credit matter, these Subscription Terms take precedence. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Benefits and Billing
1.1 What's Included
Depending on the plan presented at checkout, an active subscription may give you:
• Ad-free use — no in-app ads from us while the subscription is active
• Weekly Credits — virtual credits topped up to your balance on a weekly cadence for as long as you stay subscribed; they never expire
Credit quantities, prices, and plan names appear in the app and on Google Play at the point of purchase.
1.2 Free Trial
Some plans may come with a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, it rolls over into a paid subscription at the shown price, and Google Play may bill your payment method.
Trial availability can differ by region, account, or promotion, and may change over time.
1.3 Automatic Renewal
Each subscription renews by itself at the end of every billing period (weekly, monthly, yearly, or as displayed) until you cancel ahead of the renewal.
1.4 How to Cancel
Manage or cancel through Google Play → Subscriptions.
• Cancelling halts future charges.
• Your benefits run until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Removing the app does not cancel the subscription.
1.5 Payments
Google Play processes all subscription and in-app purchases. We do not keep your payment-card details.
2. Virtual Credits
Aivora uses Credits to access certain AI video features.
2.1 Subscription Credits
While your subscription remains active, Subscription Credits are added to your balance every week, no matter whether your plan is billed weekly, monthly, or yearly.
• Subscription Credits never expire and stay in your balance until spent
• any unused Subscription Credits roll over and stack with later weekly grants
• the weekly amount depends on the plan you hold
2.2 Add-on Credits (One-Time Purchases)
Credit packs purchased on their own:
• remain available until used, unless stated otherwise at purchase
• are not tied to your subscription billing cycle
2.3 Using Credits
• Subscription Credits and Add-on Credits sit in a single shared balance with no fixed order of use
• Credits are deducted when you use an eligible feature
• Credits carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable, except where law or Google Play policy requires
2.4 When Your Subscription Ends
Once a subscription lapses or is cancelled:
• no more weekly Subscription Credits are granted
• Subscription Credits already in your balance do not expire and stay usable until spent, unless your access is terminated for cause under these Terms (see Section 11)
• any purchased Add-on Credits remain available until used or expired under their own terms
We may revise credit pricing, weekly amounts, or feature costs, with notice where the law requires it.
3. Price Changes
We may adjust prices or plan benefits. Where required, you will be notified through Google Play or the app. If you disagree, cancel before the new price takes effect.
4. Refunds
Refunds on Google Play transactions follow Google Play's refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for charges Google Play has processed directly.

5. Acceptable Use of Paid Features
You may not use subscriptions or Credits to break the law, harm others, infringe rights, commit fraud, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend paid access or forfeit unused Credits in the event of a violation.
6. User Content
You keep ownership of the content you create, subject to any third-party rights in the source materials.
You grant Aivora a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Service and enforce these Terms. We do not use uploads to train general AI models for other users.
How you publish or commercialize AI outputs is entirely your responsibility.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI videos may turn out inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs made for others. Automated results are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Review them before distributing or using them commercially.
8. Warranties
Paid features and Credits are offered on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular output quality, or fitness for every purpose. Mandatory consumer rights stay intact.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost or forfeited Credits or revenue.
Our total liability for subscription-related claims is limited to what you paid for the relevant subscription or purchase in the 12 months before the claim, except where mandatory law does not allow such a cap.
10. Indemnification
The indemnification in Section 12 of the Terms of Service extends to your use of subscriptions and Credits.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate paid entitlements immediately for breach, fraud, security, or legal reasons. On termination for cause, unused Credits may be forfeited, except where law or Google Play policy provides otherwise.
You can stop using paid features whenever you like, but you must cancel through Google Play to end future subscription charges.
12. General Provisions
12.1 Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes about subscriptions and credits fall under Section 14 of the Terms of Service (informal resolution, exclusive arbitration seated in Singapore, class action waiver, one-year claim limit, and prevailing-party costs).
12.3 Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement
These Subscription Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement covering subscriptions and Credits.
