Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aivora ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application and the features connected to it (together, the "Service").
Using the Service means you accept this Policy. Your use is also subject to our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
We keep data collection to what is genuinely required in order to:
• power AI video generation and the surrounding features
• handle subscriptions, credit packs, and ad delivery
• protect the reliability and security of the Service
• respond to support requests and satisfy legal duties
2. Media and Prompts You Provide (AI Features)
To create or edit videos with AI, you may give us:
• photos or still images
• video clips or footage
• written prompts or descriptions
What happens to what you submit
• Your content travels to our cloud systems over encrypted connections so the requested result can be produced.
• It is used solely to complete that request and to return the output to you.
• We never feed your uploads into general-purpose or shared AI models used by other people.
How long we keep it
• Uploaded files are removed once processing is finished, apart from short windows kept only for technical stability, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
Media containing faces
If a face appears in your media:
• we make no attempt to identify the person
• we run no biometric matching
• we build no facial-recognition database
Pixels related to a face are touched only to carry out the effect or transformation you asked for.
3. Information Gathered Automatically
The Service may record automatically:
• your IP address
• device model, operating-system version, and app version
• how features are used and in-session activity
• crash and diagnostic logs
• advertising identifiers (for example, the Android Advertising ID)
This helps us run the Service, resolve faults, deter misuse, and—when relevant—deliver and measure ads shown to non-subscribers.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits
When you take out a subscription or buy a one-time credit pack via Google Play, the information we may receive includes:
• your purchase and subscription status
• the product or plan identifiers we need to unlock ad-free access, weekly credits, or extra credits
• the minimal transaction details required to deliver what you bought
Card and payment data is handled by Google Play; we do not retain it ourselves.
5. Reaching Out to Support
Emailing feedback@aivora10.com may share with us your email address, the body of your message, and anything you attach. We rely on it purely to assist you.
6. Advertising
If you do not hold an active ad-free subscription, you may encounter in-app ads, including those served by partners such as Google AdMob.
Advertising partners may collect or receive:
• device identifiers
• IP address
• data about how you interact with ads
Worth noting
• These partners operate under their own privacy policies; their independent handling of data is outside our control.
• We do not sell your personal information.
What you can do
• Change ad-personalization settings on your device.
• Where the law calls for it (the EEA/UK included), we ask for consent—through tools such as Google UMP—before serving personalized ads.
• During an active ad-free subscription, we will not show you in-app advertising.
7. How Your Information Is Used
Typical purposes include:
• carrying out your AI video requests
• granting weekly subscription credits and crediting credit-pack purchases
• delivering ad-free access to qualifying subscribers
• keeping the Service running and improving it
• preventing fraud and maintaining security
• meeting legal requirements
We do not engage in unauthorized cross-app tracking unrelated to operating the Service.
8. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our processing rests on:
• Performance of a contract — to deliver the features you ask for
• Consent — where you have agreed (such as for certain ads or optional features)
• Legitimate interests — for security, fraud prevention, and reliability, weighed against your rights
You can withdraw consent wherever processing depends on it.
9. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be shared with:
• Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, advertising, and payment fulfillment through Google Play) bound by contract
• Public authorities where the law requires it or to safeguard users and the Service
• A successor entity in the context of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, with suitable protections
10. Data Retention
AI upload content — Cleared after processing; only briefly extended when necessary
Support correspondence — For as long as needed to close your request
Technical logs — Commonly 30–90 days
Security records — Held longer where investigations or compliance demand it
Purchase records — As long as entitlements and legal/accounting rules require
To request deletion: Write to feedback@aivora10.com. We try to reply within 7 business days unless a longer period is legally required.
11. Security and Cross-Border Processing
We apply industry-standard protective measures, though no system can be completely secure.
Your information may be handled in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate transfer safeguards in place.
12. Your Rights
Subject to where you live, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data, as well as to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a regulator.
California residents: You may hold rights to know about, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. You can manage personalized ads via device settings and the consent tools we provide.
To exercise any right, contact feedback@aivora10.com.
13. Children
The Service is not aimed at children under 13 (or a higher minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly gather personal information from children. If you believe a child has supplied data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Device Permissions
The app may ask for permissions when you use the related features, for example:
• Camera — to capture media for AI processing
• Photos/Media/Storage — to choose files
• Internet — for online processing and purchase verification
You can withdraw permissions in your device settings, although some features may then stop working.
15. Third-Party Services
Third-party SDKs and services (Google Play among them) maintain their own privacy practices.
16. Updates to This Policy
This Policy may change over time. The "Last Updated" date shows the version in force. We will communicate material changes in-app or as the law requires.
