The AIIDE-21 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the workshop program, and access to the electronic AIIDE-21 proceedings. While registration will remain open after the early registration deadline, we encourage all to register by September 10 to facilitate planning needs.

AIIDE Workshop Program

W1: Artificial Intelligence for Strategy Games (October 11, One-Day)

W2: Experimental AI in Games (EXAG) (October 11-12, Two-Day)

W3: Programming Languages in Entertainment (October 11-12, Two-Day)

AIIDE-21 workshops will be held October 11-12, just prior to the technical conference. Registrants may sign up for any combination of workshops. Workshops are included in the technical registration fee. For those wishing to attend only the Workshop program, a Workshop Only registration is offered.

Workshop Only Fees:

Student: $50

Registration / Proof of Student Status

To register online, please complete the form at (https://aaaiconf.cventevents.com/aiide21). If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.

Refund Requests

The deadline for refund requests is September 17, 2021. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide21@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all technical program refunds.
