Dr Sven Svenson is the villain in Geek Addiction. With the help of his assistant clones, he performs experiments on some of the patients at the geek rehab clinic. He's interested in mind control and puts implants in his guinea-pigs' brains. He also uses electricity to alter their brain patterns. He manages to give Penny a first round of electroshock therapy before Takagi shows up.

Dr Svenson sees himself as a misunderstood genius and has masochistic tendencies.

Dr Svenson's use of clones was inspired by Marvel's Mister Sinister.
