Abstract submission form and guidelines
The abstract should be submitted exclusively with the following form:
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for acceptance.
The notification of acceptance for oral or poster presentations will be communicated no later than 1 September 2026.

Guidelines for Oral and Poster presentations
ORAL PRESENTATION
Slides may be prepared according to your preference.
The duration of the different contributions must not exceed the following limits:
Plenary lectures (PL): 45 min
Keynote lectures (KL): 30 min
Oral Communications (OC): 15 min
Technical Communications (TC): 10 min
POSTER PRESENTATION
Posters must be vertically oriented and prepared as A1 format, i.e., 841x594 mm (HxW).
