Despite the careful selection of raw materials, we cannot exclude the accidental presence of allergen traces resulting from shared processing in the factory.
All the products we purchase are provided with labels and technical data sheets, which our staff is available to consult with you. Below are the most frequent cross-contaminations found in industrial products:
-Flours: some may contain traces of soy, nuts, sesame, or lupins
-Pesto: in addition to primary allergens (eggs, milk, and nuts), it may contain traces of gluten, peanuts, soy, celery, and sulfur dioxide
-Cured meats: due to processing and preservation methods, they may contain traces of sulfur dioxide, milk, eggs, or soy; furthermore, due to cross-contamination in the facility, they may contain traces of nuts, mustard, celery, or lupins
-Frozen desserts: in addition to primary allergens (milk, eggs, gluten), they may contain traces of soy, peanuts, mustard, sesame, and nuts
We therefore invite individuals with severe allergies or extreme hypersensitivities to exercise maximum caution and request to consult the technical data sheets for individual products.
