We are proud to have transformed over time an uncultivated and poorly maintained area into a park rich in historic plants: you will see the Carob tree of wishes, the imposing Oak and Maritime Pine, the enormous centenary Fig tree, the Jujube tree, the Strawberry tree, plus some small lawns of English grass.
The succulents thrive in our area and reach truly remarkable shapes and sizes; you will see a great variety of them, some very rare.
Here and there you will enjoy the view of beautiful patches of color with local flowers.
The citrus grove facing south gives us every year a harvest of Pernambucco oranges, grapefruits, lemons and mandarins, which we use as fruit and for the jams of our breakfasts.
We have recently planted some grapevines, which have developed climbing on the pergola facing the sea and produce tasty clusters of strawberry grapes. We will be happy to let you taste them in season.
You can see our vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables, and we will explain how we created it.
At breakfast, always in season, you can also enjoy our Cherry tomatoes, Datterino, and Cuore di Bue.
…and of course, the olive trees are not missing (about seventy historical plants, mostly of the Taggiasca variety), regularly cared for by us according to ancient local methods;
if you come to visit us during the harvest period (between October and December) or pruning period (between late winter and early spring), you can watch and maybe even help us with the work!
We will be happy to guide you through our park and show it to you in detail.
On our website www.5cam.it you can find numerous images of the park.
