The National Model for AI-Based Takedown: How Korea Confronts TFGBV

Bio

Ms. Seong Hye Park currently serves as Head of the Takedown Technology Task Force at the National Center for Digital Sexual Crime Response (NCDSCR), a specialized division of the Women's Human Rights Institute of Korea (WHRIK). Since the Center's establishment in 2018, she has led efforts to facilitate the removal of non-consensual intimate images (NCII) and advance takedown-related technological initiatives to combat digital sexual crimes.

Prior to this role, Ms. Park worked at the Central Support Center for the Prevention of Sex Trafficking, also a division of WHRIK, where she was engaged in victim protection and anti-trafficking efforts. She has also contributed her expertise as a member of the Cyber Sexual Violence Investigation Advisory Group under the National Police Agency of Korea and the Gender Equality Committee of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.

박성혜 팀장은 한국여성인권진흥원 중앙디지털성범죄피해자지원센터에서 삭제기술TF팀장으로 근무하고 있다. 2018년 개소 이후 딥페이크 등 디지털 성범죄 불법촬영물의 삭제와 삭제지원시스템의 고도화를 총괄하고 있다. 이전에는 성매매방지중앙지원센터에서 근무하며 피해자 보호 및 성매매 방지 업무에 종사하였고, 경찰청 사이버성폭력 수사자문단 위원, 서울시교육청 성평등위원회 위원 활동을 하고 있다.
