Bio

Caroline Hayes is the Senior Strategic Initiatives Officer at Equimundo. She leads the execution of Equimundo’s narrative shift strategy and intervention design on engaging young men in digital worlds. Caroline works to elevate global campaigns, leverage institutional partnerships, and oversee special projects on digital innovation. Prior to joining Equimundo, Caroline worked in policy and advocacy spaces working with the White House Gender Policy Council and the United States Department of Justice on gender-based violence prevention and gender equality programming. Caroline holds a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelors in Women, Gender, and Sexuality and Middle East Studies from Trinity College.

캐롤라인 헤이즈는 이퀴문도의 전략사업 선임책임자로서, 청년 남성의 디지털 세계 참여를 주제로 한 내러티브 전환 전략 및 개입 설계를 총괄하고 있다. 그녀는 글로벌 캠페인을 강화하고, 제도적 파트너십을 활용하며, 디지털 혁신 관련 특별 프로젝트를 관리하고 있다.이퀴문도에 합류하기 전에는 백악관 성평등정책위원회와 미국 법무부에서 성폭력 예방 및 성평등 프로그램과 관련한 정책 및 옹호 활동에 참여해 왔다.캐롤라인은 터프츠대학교 플레처스쿨에서 법률 및 외교학 석사 학위를, 트리니티칼리지에서 여성·젠더·섹슈얼리티학 및 중동학 학사 학위를 취득했다.
