About App
This app is a Google sheets add-on. It is only for registered users. It is a part of the service provided by us, along with this we provide you the spreadsheets with full functionalities, we will set all the authorisations for your office staff members. From these sheets and other add-ons provided by us, you can automate the work of forest section office of district level. This is specially designed for the range office only. It will work only if the spreadsheet is in some specific format, which is provided by us. First register with us then use this add-on. This app is designed to do voucher entry of different types in the spreadsheet. It will allow ranges to enter data (voucher entry) only as per the budget allotted by the division office. We are going to add functionality of voucher printing too.
We will provide you many other facilities too, we are going to publish another add-on to manage division office master data files. Using that add-on, one can process the advice easily, one can select the voucher by filtering them on so many different criteria like "Received at division office or not" (for scanning those vouchers, we will provide you an android app), range, model no and many other options. It automatically calculates LC of all codes and compare with the available LC, if LC is not available, then it will not process the Advice. One can generate all reports according to passed advice, which are required to submit at different banks and offices. The most tedious tasks are to prepare monthly reports like Form-35 and cashbook, those will be done by just a few clicks using our specially designed Add-on.

Step-1: Installation
This add-on must be installed using the following steps.
Open the Spreadsheet in which you want to install it
Click on “Extension” menu
Select “Get add-on”
Search "Range Finance System" in Google Workspace Marketplace
Choose the add-on (see above logo image)
Click “Install”
Provide permissions
You are done, use it under extensions menu.
Step-2: Use
(In the beginning it may happen that there is no data in your spreadsheet, which are required to run this app. Then it will inform you that the specific data is not available in your sheet, because it is not updated by your division (main) office. Once they will add data, you will be able to use.)

Post Install Tips
After installation, you can use this add-on, through extensions > Range Finance System> Tender Entry. If it loads the sidebar form without any error, you can start entering voucher data. But if you are not registered user, you will ask to fill a request form. But that is a manual process and you will be provided a spreadsheet in which you can use the add-on for trial basis and if have bought whole package, then it is complementary or free until your package expires.
