Ahsha spent several years in afterschool and summer camps at LoYI. She immensely enjoys building. At the start of the pandemic, she continued classes online, building at home.

Bead Creatures Business

Shark Tank is one of the shows she watches with her dad. Inspired by it, Ahsha had the idea to take custom orders from her PS107 classmates to meticulously create creatures made out of beads from a kit she had. It ended up becoming a booming business that was the buzz of 4th grade! She created a product brochure (showing the range of products she can make and noting prices which ranged from $0.25 - $2.00). She actively pitched it to her classmates in between classes. For about a month before the Covid Crisis hit and schools closed, she was receiving about 10-15 orders per week. At that time she was thinking through how to bring in a good partner to help with her business.

Gaming

Ahsha loves playing and building in games online as a way to relax. She created a complete town in Minecraft.
