My research focuses on image analysis, machine learning, optimization and computational modeling. I develop computational frameworks for analyzing cardiac ultrasound data and creating projection-based models.
Developing mathematical and computational tools to identify the mitral valve from multi-chamber cardiac ultrasound images.
The goal is to model valve deformation and detect early structural abnormalities.
