Definition Essay

Reflection:

The Definitions Essay was about selecting and reading an article about one of the three selections we had. I choose my topic to about Narcissist and I read a selection from " The Narcissist in Your Life: Recognizing the Patterns and Learning to Break Free" by Julie L. Hall. I really enjoyed learning about Narcissistic Personality Disorder otherwise known as NPD. Before the reading I had very little knowledge about what someone with NPD was like and the very little knowledge I had was based on false beliefs. One challenge that I had with this writing was figuring out if I was going to write about the broader knowledge and use of the term was "good" or "bad". I ultimately chose to write about the knowledge and usage of the term being "bad". Overall, I liked this essay because I got to understand and learn more about Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).
