This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
Open AhirLog and make sure you are signed in with Google.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm when the app asks. Your account and progress are removed straight away.
You do not need an account to use AhirLog. If you are signed out, there is no account to delete — uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device.
Email ahirlog@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject Delete my account. We complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Account details, including your email, name, profile picture URL, and user ID, are deleted from our servers within 30 days. Synced learning progress, such as lessons, quiz results, streaks, bookmarks, milestones, and settings, is also deleted within 30 days. Copies stored in encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle within 30 days of deletion. Data stored only on your device, including downloaded lessons, cached images, and recent searches, is not stored on our servers and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; you must manage it through Google Play, while purchase records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Finally, anonymised analytics that can no longer be linked to you are retained but are automatically deleted by Google 14 months after collection.
Deleting your AhirLog account does not delete your Google account. It only removes the information AhirLog holds about you.
