The Poster

A number of members began researching other fire departments who have had a 150th anniversary both for event ideas and for the manner in which they promoted such events. What was found was very varied. Some had a single event while others had many over a week. Graphical content from these companies varied but I found the antique theme to be very appropriate. One company in particular had used an old Currier & Ives firefighter certificate as the basis for their media. The certificate matches some of those that are hanging on our station walls and is dated just one year after our founding.
