As I reflect on how I performed with my team, the biggest challenge was making sure to find valuable information and being able to give the information in an insightful way towards a crowd. Especially to a company who has researched many ways to provide their employees with opportunities. Also, we faced teammates not being able to perform their part or slacking off and having to pick after one member. We often faced last minute communication with each other and getting things done last minute but with each presentation we got better at it. We also faced time differences as we each worked and had different events going on, but we still made time to work together on projects and voice our opinions.
Through the hardships our biggest strength that we had was communication with each other and making sure we turned in assignments on time. We made sure that each other communicated any confusion with the project and thought logically about any preferences on the project. We helped each other out with research and making sure each other's slides looked presentable overall and made sure to assign work to each other. We also tried to divide the work evenly by a pond and made sure no one was left out again towards communication. We also used the feedback that everyone gave to us and made sure we improved each time without presentations.
