తేదీ 28.0 7.2014 ద్వారా జీవో నెంబర్ 20 వెనుకబడిన తరగతిలో సంక్షేమ శాఖ తేదీ 31.10.17 పై సూచనల ప్రకారం కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వంలో పనిచేస్తున్న బీసీ సాధారణ ఉద్యోగులకు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులకు క్రిమిలేయర్ వర్తించదు. అదేవిధంగా గ్రూప్ 3, గ్రూప్ 4 స్థాయిలో మొదట ఉద్యోగమా నియామకము పొంది, ప్రమోషన్ ద్వారా జిల్లా అధికారి వారి వార్షికాదాయం ఎనిమిది లక్షలు దాటిన వీరు కూడా క్రిమిలేయర్ కింద రారు వారి పిల్లలు కూడా ఓ బి సి లుగా పరిగణించ బడుతారు.

1. ఐఏఎస్, ఐపీఎస్, ఐ ఎఫ్ఎస్ గ్రూప్ వన్ ఉద్యోగాలలో నియామకం పొందినవారు

2.తల్లిదండ్రులు డైరెక్టుగా గ్రూప్ 2 ఉద్యోగంలో నియామకము పొందినవారు

3.తల్లిదండ్రులలో ఒక్కరైనా గ్రూప్ 2 ద్వారా ఉద్యోగంలో మొదట నియామకము కబడి లోపు గ్రూప్-1 స్థాయి ఉద్యోగమునకు ప్రమోషన్ పొందిన వారి పిల్లలు మాత్రమే క్రిమిలేయర్ గా పరిగణించబడతారు.

సాధారణ ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి వార్షిక ఆదాయము 8 లక్షల రూపాయలు దాటిన వారి పిల్లలకు క్రిమిలేయర్ వర్తించదు.

Caution to issue Caste Certificates:

1 మతం మారినట్లైతే BC-A,B,Dగ్రూపులవారు OC లుగా పరిగణించబడతారు. ఇదే విథంగా మతం మారిన SCలు BC-Cలు గాను పరిగణించబడతారు. ముస్లిం మతం పుచ్చుకున్న SC లు OC లుగా పరిగణించబడతారు.

అలాగే క్రైస్తవ లేదా ఇస్లాం మతం పుచ్చుకున్న ST లు OCలుగా పరిగణింపబడతారు. G.O.M. S.No. 1973 ( Education Depot. Dt.23-09-1970).

2.మతం మార్చుకొని కూడా అబద్ధాలు చెప్పి SC,ST,BC రిజర్వేషన్ సౌకర్యాలు ప్రభుత్వం నుండి పొందుతున్న వాళ్ళపై సెక్షన్ 420 IPC ప్రకారం చీటింగ్ కేసులు పెట్టి శిక్షించుట ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వ ధనాన్ని కాపాడవచ్చు.

3. SC,ST,BC కోటాలో ఉద్యోగం సంపాదించిన తరువాత మతం మారి చర్చికి వెళ్ళడం ప్రారంభిస్తే BC-Cలుగా అవుతారు. వారు మతం మారిన తరువాత కూడా SC రిజర్వేషన్ సౌకర్యం పొందుతూ ఉంటే వారిపై ఎవరైనా తగిన ఆథారాలతో చీటింగ్ కేసు పెట్టవచ్చు. ఇటువంటి సమాచారం మీ వద్ద ఉంటే పోలీసు వారికి ఫిర్యాదు పంపి తగు చర్యలు కొరకు ఒత్తిడి తీసుకురండి.

రాజ్యాంగం దళిత హోదా కేవలం "హిందువుల"కే ఇచ్చింది తరువాత సిక్కులకు బౌద్ధులకు వర్తింప చెయ్యడం జరిగింది...మరి రాజ్యాంగం చదవకుండా అందులో ఏముందో తెలియకుండా అంబేద్కర్ ఏమి వ్రాశాడో తెలియకుండా మాట్లాడుతున్నారు.....ముందు రాజ్యాంగం చదివండి.

ఎవరు ఎన్ని చెప్పినా దళితులంటే కేవలం హిందువులే.. తరాలుగా వివక్షకు గురైన వారి బాగు కోసమే అంబేద్కర్ గారు రిజర్వేషన్‌లు హక్కులు కల్పించింది అంతేగాని మతం మారి కులాలు లేని మతాలలోకి వెళ్ళిన వాళ్ళ కోసం కాదు.

THE CONSTITUTIONAL (SCHEDULED CASTES) ORDER, 1950 says in para 3 regarding allowing reservation to only Hindus and no one, in the following words;

“4 (3). Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, no person who professes a religion different from the Hindu 5 [the Sikh or the Buddhist] religion shall be deemed to be a member of a Scheduled Caste]”.

The presidential Order 1950 renders the Dalit Christians and Dalit Muslims ineligible for enjoying the benefits of affirmative action of Government...

దీనికి అనుబందంగా మన తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలు ఉమ్మడి ఉన్నప్పుడు ఇచ్చిన GO:

Meerasahab is from the Chishti Sufi spiritual order( The Chishtī Order is a Sunni Sufi order within the mystic Sufi tradition of Islam. It began in Chisht, a small town near Herat, Afghanistan, about 930 CE. The Chishti Order is known for its emphasis on love, tolerance, and openness. Chishti Sharif is name of village in Afghanistan near Iran border.
