Final Poster Submission Instructions

Please complete the following procedures by May 1st, 2024. All procedures can be completed using the following form:

1) Final poster submission (in PDF format):

• The poster size should be either A0 portrait or A1 landscape.

• Submissions should be in PDF format with a file size of less than 100 MB.

• Even if you make no revisions to your poster from the initially submitted version, please resubmit it as the final submission.

 Note: 

The submitted final version will be published and made available on the workshop website.

2) Poster pitch material submission (in PPT format)

One of the authors of the accepted poster will have the opportunity to deliver a short oral presentation (poster pitch) during the workshop. 

• Please prepare a 1-page slide for a 1-min presentation.

• The uploaded file should be less than 100 MB in MS PowerPoint (.pptx extension) with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

• To ensure smooth playback, please embed materials such as pictures and videos directly into the slide in the PPT file.

Note:

The collected slides from all contributors will be combined into one PPT file by the organizer and controlled by a laptop prepared at the venue.
