Retrospective a session where the Team and Scrum Master reflect on the process and make commitments to improve. The retrospective meeting is held after the Sprint Review meeting. Its purpose is to provide the Team an opportunity to learn, and therefore improve, from the experience of the just-concluded sprint. It answers the following questions:
“What worked well, that we should do again?”
“What didn’t work well?”
“What changes we should make for next time?”
