Business Agility Scrum Master and Product Owner

Since we firmly believe that there cannot be team agility without business agility and also our experience showed that a Scrum Master must have Product Owner skills to be able to help PO in Business Agility and stakeholders engagement, as well as a PO must have SM skills, in order to facilitate discussions with stakeholders, the team, and understand the significance of Business Agility (BA), we have created a dual certification program. Through this program, individuals will learn and be able to apply their knowledge once the program is completed.

This program is more of a journey than a traditional training:

We are starting by assessing the training group and making adjustments to the program based on the results, so that attendees receive the best value for them and/or their organizations. This tailor-made approach has been shown to be the best way to provide value, according to our experience.
Next, we are providing workshop, where attendees will learn new concepts and have the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice.. Workshop is delivered in 2 days - Based on feedback from the first day of the workshop, we may make additional modifications to ensure that attendees receive the best experience possible.
During the workshop, attendees will be assigned mini-projects that they can work on either individually or in groups. These projects will give them the opportunity to apply what they have learned to real-world challenges.
Also we are providing mentoring sessions during the mini-projects and make additional resources available to attendees through our learning platform. After completing the mini-projects, attendees will take a test and receive a certification
With our help attendees will create an action plan to follow so they can continue their Agility journey also after program is officially finished
