¡VIVA-AGGIELAND! MARIACHI FESTIVAL
Aggieland Mariachi, Mariachi Estrellas de Plata, Mariachi Mosqueda, Mariachi Los Vikingos, Mariachi Corazon y Alma, Mariachi Sanchez, and Mariachi Anillos de Oro after performing at the first annual ¡Viva-Aggieland! Mariachi Festival
¡Viva-Aggieland! is our annual mariachi festival. It is the first ever mariachi festival to be hosted at Texas A&M University. Beginning in April of 2024, Aggieland Mariachi hosts a massive concert in Aggie Park, inviting many different mariachi ensembles from around the Bryan-College Station area to perform.
These groups include local musicians, such as Mariachi Mosqueda and Mariachi Corazon y Alma, and school mariachi ensembles, like Rudder High School's Mariachi Estrellas de Plata and Bryan High School's Mariachi Los Vikingos. At the end of the evening, all of the groups come together for one big finale, performing some mariachi classics! This year in 2026, will be the third ¡Viva-Aggieland! Mariachi Festival. Stay tuned for details to come!
