Motor Unit
Motor Unit is the uniformed patrol force of the state. These specialized troopers patrol the state highways and routes, answer calls for service, and work with the community to solve problems affecting the quality of life. Motor Unit specializes in the enforcement of traffic laws and in managing the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. In addition, deal with high-speed enforcement in pursuits and other high-risk situations.
Criminal Investigation Department (CID)
CID is an investigation unit designed to aid officers in a more detailed investigation. These specialized troopers patrol the state in stealth and unmarked vehicles and answer any investigation calls.
