The 2007 AFP of Utah officers would like to invite you to our kickoff meeting for the 2007 year on Thursday, January 18th. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Kelly Matthews, EVP & Economist for Wells Fargo Company. This will be an informative discussion on the economic forecast for 2007. Below is a brief profile on Dr. Matthews. Lunch will be served from 11:30 -12:00 with Dr. Kelly speaking at noon.

We are excited to have Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon as our guest speaker. Mayor Corroon will be discussing a variety of topics including tax policy, the County budget, challenges the County has financially, REAL Salt Lake and answer any questions you may have.

The end of the year is quickly approaching and the AFP of Utah officers would like to invite you to our last meeting of 2007 on Thursday November, 15th. Our guest speaker for November is Kevin Olsen from the State Office of Consumer Protection. He will be discussing current schemes going on in the state. The meeting will be held at the Zions Bank located at 1 So. Main St. on the 18th floor.
Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 with nominations beginning at noon and our guest speaker directly following. Please respondto this invitation as soon as possibleas lunch orders need to be finalized on Monday November 12th.
It is also election time for next years officers. We will be taking nominations for President, Vice President, Treasurer & Secretary. Please email me your nominations or come prepared with some nominees. I am also attaching the 2008 AFP of Utah Membership Dues invoice for next years registration.
