Base Game

This section includes the best armor and weapons that can be crafted or found within the base game. It's meant to be followed if you only own the base game, if you want to be as set as you can going into a DLC, or for any reason you may want to only use base game resources. I'm going to include mods in the future as well, but due to the time requirement and the relative ease of getting exquisite mods, it's something I'm comfortable adding at a later date.
