Registration for the Conference can be done via the

Submission and Registration System

Once you have set up an account and logged in, choose 'Conference Fee' from the Home page or from the Author Menu in the left panel, and follow the instructions

Disclaimer: Intending participants requiring visas are strongly encouraged to submit papers for the conference and wait for confirmation of acceptance before making any payments. Romanian authorities are more open to give such visas to the extent the participant has a paper accepted. However, experience indicates that sometimes this is not enough, particularly since Romania joined the Schengen zone in March 2024. The AMIS organizing committee can only make reasonable diligence to assist foreign participants to obtain a visa, strictly referring to offering officially-signed and stamped acceptance letters (endorsement letters). The organizing committee cannot be held responsible in case papers are accepted and/or intending participants make early payments but are not awarded visas. No-shows at the conference will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

*On June 3-4, ASE will organize the 19th edition of the Accounting and Management Information Systems (AMIS) conference; this combined fee is available for attendance at both events

**Conference dinner is included for delegates; this fee is only for those bringing a partner/guest. To pay for your guest, go back into the registration portal after paying for your registration and pay for your guest ticket separately.
