Art-A-Thon
OUR GOAL is 15,000!
Art-A-Thon is the ONE fundraiser PTSA does at FAA! Students collect donations from friends and family members to sponsor them in an afternoon arts activity.
The PTSA works really hard to bring in really fun art instructors from the community! Students sign up for which class they want to take and on the day of the Art-A-Thon the instructors come to the school and the students get to participate in an arts based activity! There’s a good mix of movement arts and visual arts at Art-A-Thon every year! There’s something for everyone!
Where does the money we collect go to?
100% of the money you bring in stays right here at FAA! It goes towards things like supplies for specialty and core classes, field trips, live school and so much more!
Are there prizes for students who bring in money?
YES! For every $25 you bring in, you get a prize ticket! Also- for the first $25 you bring in- you’ll win a super fun prize! AND… you’ll get another prize for the first $75 you bring in! And there are golden tickets too! For every $125 you bring in- you’ll win a golden ticket! Golden tickets can be used ONLY on certain, higher value prizes.
What do you do with the prize tickets you earn?
You choose which items you want to win and put your tickets into the corresponding prize buckets! You can put all your tickets into one prize bucket or spread them out over several prize buckets. It’s up to you!
Bonus Prizes too!
There are also prizes for the class that brings in the most money overall, and for the top 5 earners in the school! AND… if we reach our goal of $15,000- we will earn a Prize for the WHOLE SCHOOL!
How do we get started?
Your teacher will give you an envelope. Take that envelope home and start asking friends and family members for donations. If you decide to go door to door in your neighborhood, be sure to take an adult with you.
Bring your envelope back on FIND OUT FRIDAYS. The class who brings in the most money each week earns a fun treat! Our first Find Out Friday is in two weeks! So… get out there and start earning!

Our Corporate Sponsorship Program is a way in which local businesses can support our school.
The following explains our donation levels and reciprocation for your donation:
- Bronze Sponsor Level: $100.00
Name on banner displayed for 1 year.
Business placed on AFAA PTSA website and Facebook page.
- Silver Sponsor Level: $250.00
Name and/or business logo on banner displayed for 1 year.
Business name on AFAA PTSA website and Facebook page
