Electrocatalyst and Electrode Designs for PEMFC
Electrocatalyst and Electrode Designs for PEMFC
Recently, as interest in climate change increases, the transition to an eco-friendly energy society is accelerating.
In particular, since fuel cells have the advantage that there is no pollution because water is the only by-product of energy production. However, Pt/C used as a catalyst for PEMFC has a disadvantage that platinum is lost due to poor stability of the support.
Therefore, our lab is researching a high-performance/high-durability catalyst by developing a more stable inorganic support in a fuel cell environment instead of the existing carbon support.
