The rising demand for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), driven by the growth of electric vehicles, highlights the need for LIBs with enhanced performance.
LIBs are currently the most widely used battery type and are expected to remain dominant due to their high energy density and long life cycle.
However, LIB anodes face challenges related to theoretical capacity limitations and safety concerns.
To address these issues, our laboratory focuses on developing high-capacity, stable anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
